Insurance or Membership?
We do accept insurance: Regence, Premera, and Medicare.
Please be aware there is a $50 no-show fee for patients who do not show up for their first appointment.
We also have cash pay monthly memberships.
The core membership is $150/month and includes unlimited visits and telehealth. There is a one-time $100 initiation fee. GLP-1 memberships are priced differently, if you are interested in these memberships we will discuss it during your first visit and adjust your membership accordingly. After signing up for membership and entering your payment information you will be given a link to schedule your first appointment. (More details can be found on our pricing page.)
