- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) when low testosterone is contributing

- Penile injections using Trimix or compounded medications for cases where oral meds aren’t effective
Penile injections: A powerful option when pills don’t work
For men who don’t respond well to oral ED medications or can’t take them due to other health conditions, penile injections offer a powerful alternative. These injections deliver medication directly to the site of action, producing a reliable and sustained erection in most cases.
At Yakima Men’s Clinic, I now offer Trimix injections and other compounded medications to patients whose ED is not adequately controlled with pills. These medications combine vasodilators like alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine to increase blood flow quickly and effectively.
To ensure effectiveness and safety:
- We start with a test dose in the office
- You’ll be monitored for response and side effects

My membership is cash-pay. You’re welcome to use your insurance for labs and medications if they’re covered.
Membership is $50/month. This includes all visits, follow-ups, messaging, and my medical advice. It also includes ED treatment, since ED meds aren’t controlled substances.
If you’re prescribed a controlled substance (like testosterone), there’s an additional $50/month for controlled substance management.
So if you’re doing TRT, your total is $100/month.
If you’re just doing ED treatment, it’s $50/month.
If you’re doing both, it’s still $100/month.
Medications and labs aren’t included, but I’ll help you find the best prices whether that’s through your insurance or with my discounted cash-pay options.
