Yes, we accept Regence, Premera, and Medicare.
We also have cash-pay monthly memberships. More information on pricing for our memberships can be found on our pricing page.
Can Yakima Men’s Clinic handle urgent care issues? What about specialist referrals?
Yes, we can manage many urgent care concerns like colds, injuries, lacerations, injuries, or minor procedures during office visits.
If you need a referral, Dr. Kobayashi will help coordinate your care and ensure seamless communication with any specialists or hospitals.
Can I contact my doctor outside of regular office hours?
Patients can call or text the clinic between 8 AM and 5 PM for non-emergency issues.
Do you treat women or children?
We are happy to see women (if they are OK going to a “men’s clinic”!), but be advised we do not do routine gynecological care like pap smears or colposcopies.
If you would like to add your under-18 dependent, we can accept them as members as well. However, I do not supply immunizations.
There is a discount if you sign up additional family members.
If I am a cash-pay monthly member, what’s included?
All of your visits, both in-person and telehealth, are included.
Cash-pay members also get the following benefits:
– unlimited health coaching
– the ability to text Dr. Kobayashi
– heavily discounted cash-pay lab prices at Labcorp (many tests are only 1/10th the cost that you would pay without our discounts)
– purchase medications directly from clinic for wholesale prices, saving you the hassle of going to the pharmacy
There is a $50 monthly fee for regular refills of controlled substances or testosterone replacement therapy.
For cash pay memberships, is there a sign-up fee? Cancellation fee? Long-term contract?
There is a sign up fee of $100.
There is no cancellation fee.
However, once you cancel, in order to re-enroll there is a $300 re-enrollment fee.
