What is ED treatment?

Erectile dysfunction is a common medical condition that can affect your confidence, relationships, and overall well-being. It’s especially common as men age, experience stress, or deal with health changes. But it’s not something you have to tolerate.

At Yakima Men’s Clinic, I offer care that’s personalized, evidence-based, and judgment-free. ED care is part of your primary care here, so you never need to feel embarrassed about asking for help.

I currently offer:

  • Oral medications (such as sildenafil or tadalafil)
  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) when low testosterone is contributing
  • Lifestyle support for whole-body health
  • Peptides to promote vascular and hormonal support (where appropriate)
  • Penile injections using Trimix or compounded medications for cases where oral meds aren’t effective

Penile injections: A powerful option when pills don’t work

For men who don’t respond well to oral ED medications or can’t take them due to other health conditions, penile injections offer a powerful alternative. These injections deliver medication directly to the site of action, producing a reliable and sustained erection in most cases.

At Yakima Men’s Clinic, I now offer Trimix injections and other compounded medications to patients whose ED is not adequately controlled with pills. These medications combine vasodilators like alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine to increase blood flow quickly and effectively.

To ensure effectiveness and safety:

  • We start with a test dose in the office
  • You’ll be monitored for response and side effects
  • Once the right dose is found, I’ll provide detailed instructions for self-administration at home

This is a proven and widely used treatment option that has helped many of my clients regain satisfying, spontaneous intimacy. And without relying on pills or planning around timing.

What to expect

ED treatment at Yakima Men’s Clinic is straightforward, private, and built around your needs:

  1. Initial consult: We’ll talk about your symptoms, health history, and any past treatments you’ve tried.
  2. Testing if needed: Lab work may be done to check hormone levels, blood sugar, or cardiovascular health.
  3. Treatment plan: You’ll get a tailored plan, whether that’s oral meds, TRT, penile injections, or a combination.
  4. Ongoing care: Follow-ups, dose adjustments, and support are included in your membership.

There’s no shame. No sales pressure. Just a respectful approach to helping you feel like yourself again.

Combining ED treatment with TRT

It’s very common for ED to be linked with low testosterone. Many men experiencing erectile dysfunction also report low libido, fatigue, or difficulty recovering from workouts. At my clinic, I often combine ED treatment with TRT for a more comprehensive and long-lasting solution.

By improving both blood flow and hormone balance, many patients see stronger results and better overall quality of life.

Is ED treatment right for you?

You might benefit from ED treatment if:

  • Erections are weak, inconsistent or absent
  • Libido has dropped
  • You feel less confident or avoid intimacy
  • Oral medications don’t work or cause side effects
  • You want a more reliable, fast-acting treatment option

You’re not alone. ED affects millions of men, and it’s highly treatable. Whether your symptoms are new or have been building for years, I can help.

FAQ:

ED can result from hormone imbalances, blood flow issues, medication side effects, stress, or even past trauma. I’ll help identify the underlying cause and match you with the right treatment.

Most patients are surprised by how little discomfort is involved. The needle is very fine, and I’ll teach you exactly how to use it safe and effectively. The results are often worth it!

Yes, many patients use both.

TRT addresses underlying hormonal causes while injections provide immediate, physical support.

Yes.

As with all medical therapies, I monitor each patient closely for side effects and ensure dosing is appropriate. Starting with in-office testing helps reduce risks.

My membership is cash-pay. You’re welcome to use your insurance for labs and medications if they’re covered.

Membership is $50/month. This includes all visits, follow-ups, messaging, and my medical advice. It also includes ED treatment, since ED meds aren’t controlled substances.

If you’re prescribed a controlled substance (like testosterone), there’s an additional $50/month for controlled substance management.

So if you’re doing TRT, your total is $100/month.
If you’re just doing ED treatment, it’s $50/month.
If you’re doing both, it’s still $100/month.

Medications and labs aren’t included, but I’ll help you find the best prices whether that’s through your insurance or with my discounted cash-pay options.
